The 38-year-old American Idol host and the Safe Haven starlet were spotted at dinner together on Saturday night at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood.
Seacrest looked sharp in jeans, a crisp white shirt and gray jacket as he and his 24-year-old blond beauty exited the eatery and headed to their car.
Meanwhile, Hough donned black pants, a black shirt and tan strappy heels for the romantic night out.
Hough, who's been dating Seacrest for almost three years, recently chatted with us about their possible Valentine's Day plans.
"Every year he has to work the next day," she said. "So this year I told him do not work the next day, so that will be new...we just look forward to being with each other. We love to eat so that's what it's about. Good meals."
