NEWS OF A LIFETIME: Giuliana and Bill Rancic are expecting a baby this summer via gestational carrier (meaning it's their biological child)! G's E! News colleagues have already thrown her a surprise shower.
BABY BOOM: Giuliana's good news was just the tip of the pacifier: Megan Fox is pregnant with her and Brian Austin Green's first child together! Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr.'s second child is on the way! Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley adopted again! Jack Osbourne and fiancé Lisa Stelly have a new baby, daughter Pearl! Bo Bice welcomed his fourth! Tamera Mowry-Housley is with bump! AND...Katie Holmes is not pregnant!
WEARING HER HEART ON HER EAR: At least a certain little sister sure thought that Kim Kardashian's K and W earrings seemed to mean something! So did we, and this little hand-holding episode featuring Kim and Kanye West sealed it!
OXYMORON: Lindsay Lohan brought a bit of everything to the Glee set this week: cigarettes, a breath of fresh air, consummate professionalism, diva behavior, tardiness, punctuality...and probably cupcakes or something.
SOLO SIX: Elise Testone was the latest to leave American Idol, on a night when the audience actually booed Katy Perry. Or the pretaped version of her, anyway.
ENHANCED FEATURES: Taylor Swift didn't get breast implants, as far as we know.
DEFROCKED: Miss Dominican Republic Carlina Duran is married, and is therefore no longer eligible to be a "Miss Anything."
LOVE IN THE AIR: Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman have set a date...Rihanna implies that some layin' took place...Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renew their vows in honor of their fourth anniversary...Adam Levine talks Jennifer Love Hewitt's aggressiveness and explains why he might not be ready for marriage yet...Mila Kunis calls Ashton Kutcher dating rumor "absurd"...Ashton made an appearance on Rihanna's Twitter page...American Idol alums Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young are dating...Megan Hilty isn't dating Nick Jonas, who's 11 years younger...Emma Ostilly deleted her Twitter account after being linked to Harry Styles...LeAnn Rimes showed off the cocktail ring hubby Eddie Cibrian gave her for their one-year anniversary.

KILLER TRAGEDY: Tommy Marth, saxophonist for The Killers, committed suicide in his Las Vegas home. He was only 33.
FOURTEEN IS ENOUGH: Nadya "Octomom" Suleman was investigated by police and social services for signs that she wasn't taking proper care of her brood. Authorities found no signs of neglect or maltreatment.
UNHITCHING POST: Martin Lawrence and wife Shamicka divorcing.
WEDDING BELLS: Carey Mulligan and Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons tied the knot...Neil Diamond married his manager, Katie McNeil.
