Jon Gosselin recently filed for primary custody of his eight  children with ex-wife Kate. At this point I'm not sure who those kids are better off with, but I'm sure one of the production assistants or perhaps the man who drives the catering truck for Dancing With The Stars is more qualified.

I didn't really expect that the custody attempt would go far, given Jon's ridiculous life and face.  TMZ reported that Kate's lawyer is now asking a judge to throw out Jon's request based on the fact the papers filed are "incoherent and filed by someone who clearly didn't know what he was doing."

How embarrassing.  That's what you get when you hire Michael Lohan as your lawyer.
