In the above Botched sneak peek, Jana pays a visit to Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif in hopes of getting her butt fixed!
As a model, Jana believes that her body is how she brings in income, so she went to Tijuana to get an affordable butt enhancement. But, you get what you pay for. During her consultation, she explains to the doctors what she had done, and Dr. Dubrow thinks they put breast implants in her butt.
To really get a feel for the status of Jana's behind, Terry has her shake it around and notices that the butt cheeks move on their own!
He even exclaims that her butt has it's "own zip code!"
