Put a fork in it—Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin's friendship is done. Like, really done!
A reconciliation between the former besties of The Real Housewives of New York is as likely as Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston getting back together.
"I wish I could say I can see them being friends again, but I don't think it's going to happen," fellow Housewife Alex McCord tells us. McCord explains that the falling-out is worse than what we've been seeing on the show this season.
How so? Read on for all the Big Apple dramarama details...
"Sometimes you find things out about people that you didn't believe and glossed over," says McCord, who attended Frankel's wedding last month. "You get to a point where you just can't do it anymore and it blows up in your face. There's so much going on between Jill and Bethenny. You don't see 80 percent of it on camera."
Yikes.
"You want people in your life who are your emotional champions, who are genuinely happy for you and not going to talk about you behind your back," McCord continues. "When people have relationships that are toxic for a particular reason, it's best to let those go when we have so much other stuff going on."
On a much lighter and oh-so-not dramatic note, McCord has been out on the road with husband Simon van Kempen promoting their new book, Little Kids, Big City: Tales From a Real House in New York City.
Perhaps she'll be inspired to take up singing next. McCord insists she's a fan of Countess Luann de Lesseps' debut single, "Money Can't Buy You Class." She's actually heard the Countess sing it...live! "I was impressed," McCord gushes, adding, "I know she can sing."
