Va-va-voom!

At the Latin Grammys last night, Demi Lovato flaunted a whole lot of cleavage when she walked the green carpet in a plunging, berry-colored Roland Mouret gown. We haven't seen this much sensational skin rock an awards show since Jennifer Lopez's green Grammys dress!

Turns out, the 19-year-old modified the gown to make it extra sexy...

...by wearing it backward!

If Demi had worn the gown the way the designer intended, that deep V would reveal about half as much cleavage.

Looks like the former Disney darling—who's come back from a tough year, emotionally and physically—is eager to shed her clothes squeaky-clean Mouse House image and prove she's all grown up.

The "Here We Go Again" singer had a big night at the awards show in Las Vegas, making her debut on the Latin Grammy stage with Pablo Alborán performing their song, "Solamente Tú."

Do you think Demi's jaw-dropping look is hot, or is that just too much skin on the red carpet? Weigh in below.
