The Final Five womens' gymnastics team has finally experienced the rest and relaxation they so deserve after bringing home a whopping eight medals for Team USA. With the 2016 Rio Olympics almost behind them, Simone Biles, Aly Raisman and Madison Kocian decided to celebrate their incredible victories in the gym with a day soaking up the Brazilian sun.
Simone documented the close friends' beach day on Snapchat, and one particular picture of the girls just gave us all the inspiration we needed to never skip crunches again.
The trio's washboard abs are totally insane, but we'd expect nothing less from the powerhouse athletes who completely dominated the competition in Rio. They didn't win the all-around for nothing, right?!

Even Raisman couldn't help but comment on the team's highly-anticipated day off, telling the camera, "Beach, finally!"
With their road to Rio wrapping up, 19-year-old Simone, who won four gold medals and a bronze during her Olympic debut, will have the honor of carrying the United States flag during the closing ceremony on Sunday. She announced the news on Twitter, writing to none other than her Olympic boo thang Zac Efron in hopes of seeing him one more time: "hey @ZacEfron I'm carrying the flag for closing ceremony!! Will you still be here ? #GoTeamUSA"
The duo's mutual admiration for each other quickly went viral, ultimately ending with the actor surprising Simone and her teammates on the Today show.
There's no question that Simone's time in Rio is what dreams are made of.
