Which means even more kudos should be headed Jennifer Lawrence's way for her right-on-target (ahem) Hunger Games skills.
E! News chatted with Olympic-bound champion archer (and onetime bronze medalist) Khatuna Lorig, the bow-and-arrow master responsible for making sure Katniss looked the part on the big screen.

From now until July, it's practically a given that any movie star whose publicity tour takes them through London will emerge not only with a stamp on their passport, but at least one Olympic-themed photo op for their troubles.
Next up: Will Smith, who took time out from hitting the international promotional trail for Men in Black 3 this week to train—well, "train"—with the U.K.'s Olympians, Team GB.
And it seems as though the star is sticking to his day job.

The games are afoot!
There are only 77 days until the London 2012 Olympics begin (what? You're not counting?), and Prince William and Kate Middleton did their level best to hurry the ticking clock, turning up in the capital city Friday to celebrate the official kickoff to the sporting event with fellow celebs and a hefty portion of Team GB.
The royals got all dolled up in their patriotic finest for the event, rather immodestly dubbed Our Greatest Team Rises. Hey, there's no room for humility when there are gold medals to be won.

Games On: Kate Middleton Gets Sporty With England's Olympic Team

The games are afoot. And so is the hype machine.
And since Prince Harry is still in Brazil and Prince William is otherwise engaged in the Falklands, it fell to Kate Middleton to help ramp up the excitement (something she's preternaturally good at, incidentally), as the ambassador of the London Olympics made a private visit to the city's Olympic Park this morning to meet up with Team Great Britain's women's hockey squad.
Having played the sport herself (and even serving as her school's captain) back when she was younger, the ever-game duchess wasted no time in joining in with the ladies. So how'd she do?

As if we didn't see this one coming. As it happens, the prince, the duke and the duchess just got another title to add to their names: ambassadors!
It was announced this morning that Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry will serve as official ambassadors to both the 2012 London Olympic Games and the Paralympics when they kick off in the capital city next summer.
