It might be time to consider the hatched buried.

After Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson went on a social media rant in which he called an unidentified male co-star "chicken s--t," it looks like the cast might have let bygones be bygones. Rumors swirled that Johnson's rant was about Vin Diesel, which only worsened when the xXx star responded with a video of his own on Instagram.

Eventually Tyrese Gibson weighed in and seemingly took Diesel's side, but finally The Rock posted an emotional photo that talked about the cast as his family. In the heartwarming caption, Johnson explained that sometimes conflict can better a family, and now the Fast and Furious Facebook page is following suit. Sharing a photo of the Fast 8 cast, which includes Charlize Theron and Scott Eastwood, the production team wrote, "For our final #FastFridays post, all of us in the Fast Family wanted to thank you for coming on the ride with us during this epic production."

The caption continued, "We began in Cuba, visited Iceland, New York and Atlanta, and as we head into our final few days of shooting, we wanted to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to those who have worked so hard over the past 100 days to bring you a movie that is going to be another incredible installment of our saga. Everything we do comes from our shared passion to bring you the very best."

The caption then called out certain people by name, including Diesel and Johnson.

"Thank you Vin, who has been at the wheel since this journey began, first as star and then as producer...And thanks to all of the cast of the eighth Fast: Michelle, who's also been with us from the start... Those who've joined our family along the way: Tyrese and Chris from Miami in our second film; Dwayne and Elsa, who came on board in Rio in movie five; Jason, Nathalie and Kurt from last time around; and our newest members Charlize, Scott, Kristofer and Helen..."

Most importantly, however, is the shout out to one star who won't appear in the upcoming installment. "And our brother who continues to inspire us all, Paul [Walker]."

The Fast and Furious stars truly are a family.

Do you think they've put the feud behind them? Sound off in the comments.
