Maryland is keeping it real for another season.

The Real Housewives of Potomac has been renewed for a second season by Bravo, the network officially announced on Thursday, just ahead of part two of the show's reunion special. The first season of Potomac averaged 2.1 million viewers, making it the network's highest-rated freshman series since The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when it comes to total viewers. RHOP also averaged 1.3 million viewers (in P25-54) and 1.2 million (in P18-49), which is Bravo's highest-rated new series since Vanderpump Rules

The cast of Potomac includes Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger, Charrisse Jackson Jordan and Katie Rost, and before it debuted in January, Bravo teased that it was "the show you never saw coming, and it's going to take everyone by surprise." Mission accomplished!

RHOP is one of two new additions to the Real Housewives franchise, as The Real Housewives of Dallas just premiered this past Sunday.

Part two of The Real Housewives of Potomac's reunion airs this Sunday at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
