This just in: Miley Cyrus has figured out who she wants to be when she grows up! The teen starlet was dancing during Paramore's performance at the People magazine and Verizon party on Friday night, when she pointed to singer Hayley Williams and exclaimed, "She's so cute. I want to be like that!"

And there's the boy who gets Miley all riled up. When One Republic came on stage, she pointed once again. This time it was lead singer Ryan Tedder. "He's so hot," Miley shouted.

Also on the scene was...

...Zachary Quinto of Heroes, who didn't exactly wanna make it a late night. "I wasn't going to go out tonight, but my friend wanted to so he dragged me out," Quinto said.

A few blocks away, Belvedere Vodka was throwing a party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for celeb deejay/producer and Grammy nominee Mark Ronson.

Among the boldfaced names were Rumer Willis, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Milla Jovovich and Anthony Kiedis. Cedric the Entertainer chatted with friends about his new TV project. "He said it was kind of like a Cosby Show for the 21st century," a fellow party-goer reports.

Dylan McDermott arrived on the later side with a woman who apparently looked so much like his estranged wife, Shiva Rose, that more than one person thought it was her, according to a source.

Another hotspot rockin' Friday? Central, where producer and Janet Jackson boyfriend Jermaine Dupri played host to music peeps like Quincy Jones, Fat Joe, Nelly, Ashanti, Ne-Yo and Grandmaster Flash along with E! reality stars, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.

Per Dupri's request, deejay Felli Fel kept the music to old-school tunes except when he played songs from Jackson's new album and "Get Buck in Here," a Felli Fel collaboration with Akon, Lil Jon, Nelly, Diddy and Ludacris.
