Brooks Ayers may have faked his cancer documents, but he's still sick, according to Terry Dubrow.

The Real Housewives of Orange County and Botched star caught up with E! News' Catt Sadler to discuss the latest revelations concerning Ayers' cancer controversy, and while Terry isn't convinced one way or another when it comes to his diagnosis, he does believe there's something wrong with Brooks.

"I've always been a supporter of Brooks. I like Brooks," he tells us. "I hope he does not have cancer, but I didn't love it. I didn't love being lied about. If he doesn't have cancer, he's sick on another level. Sick on a psychological level, and he needs help. If he has cancer, I hope he's OK. If he doesn't, he needs some serious psychological help."

Meanwhile, his wife Heather Dubrow said she wasn't "shocked" when Ayers revealed he was faking the documents, and although she finds it "commendable to come forward and say you lied about something," this is on another level.

And when it comes to Vicki Gunvalson, Dubrow has expressed that the OG OC housewife must have known something at some point about the false information, but also admits that while Vicki thinks she's been victimized, Heather thinks so, too.

"She feels victimized. She feels like all she did was love a man and he duped her. I think that all the inconsistencies that happened here on the show, and things she told us throughout the season, which are all on camera, prove that's not exactly the case," Heather tells E! News, but adds that she, too, thinks Vicki's "partially" a victim.

"Obviously, this was a man she loved, and at some point, I'm sure she believed him. But at some point she then knew. So do I think she was duped? Yeah, I do think she was duped. But for how long, and when did she find out?"

Heather added, "I'm sad for Vicki that she's going through these difficult times, but how much of it was brought on by herself?"
