In the wake of Brooks Ayers' admission Wednesday that he forged medical documents in order to prove he was treated for cancer at City of Hope Medical Center, Real Housewives of Orange Country star Tamra Judge turned to one of her famous one-liners to express her anger: "Is your ass jealous of the s--t that comes out of your mouth?" She first shouted those words during the Season 6 reunion in 2011, and while her anger wasn't directed at Ayers at the time, she felt its message still applied. Judge posted it on Instagram Wednesday, writing, "I hate to reuse my one liners but after everything that has been unfolding i just had too #brooks #liar."

Prior to Ayers' admission Wednesday that what he'd done "was wrong and inexcusable," E! News compared the medical records her voluntarily supplied with those of an actual patient. After seeing the damning evidence, Judge told E! News Tuesday, "I can't say I am shocked. I've always said, 'If he has cancer I hope he gets better and if he doesn't…I still hope he gets better.'"

Vicki Gunvalson, meanwhile, has continued to lie about her ex.

Speaking to E! News Tuesday, Judge said, "From day one I called him out. I felt he was a con man. I could see it in his eyes and nothing he said was making sense. He's a charmer, but then you get to know him and after a while his stories don't add up. In the end, I stopped questioning him as much, started accepting him for Vicki. I knew that if I let go, he would do it to himself."

Judge said it was "very hard to tell exactly what Vicki did or didn't know" about Ayers' treatment. "My original thought was that he told her he had cancer so that she would stay with him, and at some point she figured out it wasn't true," the Bravo reality star said. "But then she made the decision to keep the lie going. That's the part I don't understand…Why would someone do that?"

Ayers, meanwhile, told E! News Wednesday that he "acted alone" in his deceit. "From this day forward, my own personal journey with this disease will remain private as I initially intended over a year ago," he said. "My sincerest apologies to my family, friends, loved ones, and those who are battling this horrid disease for any additional pain and/or stress that I have caused."
