Zac Efron was spotted looking like his hunky self while filming the highly anticipated sequel comedy, which also features Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. We can only imagine what hijinks Efron's character is up to in this scene, given the fact he's wearing a tight T-shirt and super short shorts.
In one photo he is seen minding his own business while walking down the street, but in the next photo he is caught mid-conversation with Rogen and Byrne. With his hands on his hips, Efron's character seems to be upset about the "For Lease" sign in what is probably the neighbor's yard. With Billy Eichner playing the realtor, you can expect some major laughs.
While we can't say for sure what the We Are Your Friends actor is upset about, we can say for sure that we spot something else in the photo: Byrne's baby bump! She tried to conceal it beneath a white T-shirt and high-rise red pants, but there was no hiding it here.
(Then again, it could totally be written into the plot, so maybe she wasn't hiding it at all.)
The Bridesmaids actress is pregnant, multiple sources confirmed to E! News. She is expecting a child with boyfriend Bobby Cannavale.

"I'm not a good cook, but seeing someone enjoy what you've made is so satisfying," she said, describing a perfect Saturday evening with her beau.
