Earlier this week, E! News revealed clips from our exclusive interview with the Real Housewives of Orange County star where he updated fans on his cancer, shared details about his break up with Vicki Gunvalson and even revealed his relationship status.
But in the full interview just released, Bravo fans will get an even deeper understanding of the reality star's dramatic season.
He's not afraid to share his true feelings about co-stars Meghan Edmonds and Tamra Judge. "I think Meghan has made herself relevant at 30 years old for making herself a mouth piece," he shared to Melanie Bromley. "I don't fight the way those ladies fight. They fight below the belt."
He continued, "I was brought up a little differently, and that's sad for me on the outside, but what am I supposed to do? Do you fight, cuss with women? I don't do that. It's not gonna happen. I'm not gonna bring up that Simon [Barney] hates Tamra and that she has issues with her 16-year-old daughter."
By the end of the hour-plus interview, fans will also get an inside look at his cancer battle, treatment plan and health today.
