Looking good, KoKo!

It's no secret that Khloé Kardashian has been breaking a serious sweat in the gym the past couple of months. After all, a 35-pound weight loss unfortunately doesn't happen when one relaxes on the couch.

But while the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star credits her variety of workouts for her fit and fabulous frame, there's also a particular accessory that helps on more than one occasion. May we re-introduce you to her impressive waist trainer.

"I'm obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody," she wrote on Instagram after snapping a selfie in her closet. "@WaistGangSociety and @PreMadonna89 keep my waist snatched and posture perfect. Once you try it, you will become obsessed!!!"

We were definitely impressed and equally intrigued by a subsequent selfie from Blac Chyna. Just three hours after Kardashian's post, the model revealed a lot of cleavage while supporting a different waist training product.

"Waist training of course in my @instacurve_," she wrote on Instagram. "Trying to get into some trouble later ... What's Good ?" Coincidence or something more? (Not to mention a direct Nicki Minaj VMAs quote.) We'll let you decide.

To be fair, Kardashian's weight loss and slimmer figure took some pretty hard work. In fact, it was far from smooth sailing when she first began her intense fitness regimen.

"The first 45 days you're like, ‘F--k this s--t.' You're exhausted, you're sore, and I actually felt fatter because I was swollen," she told Women's Health magazine. "If you keep going, you're eventually like, ‘Wow, is that an indentation on my arm?'"

She added, "Yeah, it's a revenge body. But it's just as much for all my critics who called me ‘the fat one' for my entire existence."

And for those who really want to follow Kardashian's lead, a new and improved diet may just guarantee success.

"Everything in moderation," she told the publication. "Because I have no self-control, and I don't really care to have it, I have to work harder. I would rather work out harder and eat what I want, in moderation."
