Don't mess with Smash Mouth frontman Steve Harwell!
While performing at the Taste of Fort Collins festival Sunday night, Harwell lashed out at a fan in the audience for allegedly throwing pieces of bread on stage. The whole NSFW, expletive-filled rant was caught on camera by local journalist Matt Stephens of The Coloradoan.
"You throw one more piece of s--t on the f--king stage, I'm gonna come find your ass, I'm gonna beat your ass, where ever the f--k you are out there," Harwell says in the clip. "Come up here. Walk your bad ass up here…Come on stage badass. Come on. Come on stage. You bring your ass on stage whoever is throwing s--t at me. I will tell you right now I will beat the f--k out of you."
"You're ruining the show for thousands of people right now because I'm going to walk off stage and, guess what, you're paying for it mother f--ker, OK? Come on, somebody throw one more thing at me. I'm going to find you, asshole," Harwell goes on. "I'm gonna beat the f--king s--t out of you."
Yikes!
The whole rant lasted about three minutes before people in the crowd starting booing. The band then started performing their hit "All Star."
