When you hear the word "Netflix," your mind immediately jumps to the word "binge." It's just natural!

Binge-watching has become a way of life thanks to the online streaming service, and most of Netflix's original series are created with that goal in mind. Gone are the days of waiting a week to get a new episode of your favorite show. Now, Netflix wants you to consume an entire season of Orange Is the New Black, House of Cards, Daredevil, all in one day! What a time to be alive.

But what about Netflix's newest original series, Sense8

From the brilliant minds of J. Michael Straczynski and Matrix directors Andy and Lana Wachowski, Sense8 is a dramatic thriller about eight people from around the world whose lives are suddenly and inexplicably connected, emotionally, mentally and physically, in a fight for their own survival after a tragic death. Each episode focuses on one character's story, but they are all woven together in intriguing ways.

So should you binge-watch the entire season in one sitting, or savor it episode by episode?

"Personally, I think this material is dense and it's great to let it filter and let it settle in," Sense8 star Daryl Hannah tells E! News. "But it's really one of those things where it's up to the individual."

"It's like how an individual approaches a novel," co-star Naveen Andrews adds. "Do they rush into it or do they want to savor it or relish it?"

Press play on our exclusive video above to see stars Brian J. Smith and Jamie Clayton weigh in on whether or not you should binge watch the new series. Plus, find out what else Hannah and Andrews had to say about working with the Wachowskis on this risky new series, how being on Netflix makes the show what it is, and more!

Sense8 is now available to stream on Netflix.
