Prince Harry watching The Importance of Being Earnest might have unwittingly prompted some great expectations.
The for-all-intents-and-purposes still-single royal was spotted leaving the London Oratory on Wednesday night after catching a benefit performance of the aforementioned play—starring none other than ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas.
Though Harry exited the theater alone, it seems likely that he would have met up with Cressida after the show (not before, that would have interrupted her process!) to say hello. Either way, the Daily Mail reports that Harry looked thoroughly entertained during the show, one of three performances of the Oscar Wilde classic being put on by Band of Others, with proceeds going to the charity Action on Addiction.
Harry and Cressida, who made her stage debut in There's a Monster in the Lake at the Hay-on-Wye Festival last summer, broke up almost a year ago. However, the rumblings of reconciliation have never been too far off in the background—not least when Cressida attended an event in October benefiting The Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts, which counts Harry's dad, Prince Charles, as a patron.
Or when Cressida showed up at the Invictus Games to support Harry right before his 30th birthday (and is rumored to have attended his party afterward).
So really...when were these two not on good terms? (Minus the actual split moment, of course...)
Cressida but a bit of a fork in Team Cressary's hopes for a rekindling by stepping out with another ex, Harry Wentworth-Stanley, over Valentine's Day weekend. But maybe it all just means that these are mature types who can be friends with their exes.
If you're into that sort of thing.
