Watch: Maggie Q Shows Off Huge Engagement Ring

OK, Maggie Q is clearly winning in the bling-flashing department.

The Divergent actress gave E! News a prime view of her stunning engagement sparkler, which comes courtesy of beau (and Stalker co-star) Dylan McDermott, when we caught up with her at the Insurgent premiere on March 16. The happy couple, who kept their relationship under wraps until around October, are now a hot (literally, these two are gorgeous) commodity on the red carpet.

So of course we had to get the details on that stunning diamond, and Maggie was game to spill: "I wanted art deco, and I got it. You know, I think we always have to be involved [in ring shopping] in some way—his idea was the marriage and my idea was the style of the ring," she quipped.

We first got a good glance at Maggie's art deco-style stunner when she and Dylan attended the Warner Bros. And InStyle Post-Golden Globe bash at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 11. The ring—which looks to have a whopping carat count—features a cushion-cut diamond and smaller diamonds surrounding the band.

Bling aside, we can't wait to see what Maggie will choose to wear for her big day. The actress told us that she's a "throwback" and will go for a gown that complements her retro-chic ring. But then, she's in no rush: "My show just ended for the season and [Insurgent] is going to be out and it's time to take a minute to just relax," she said. "[But] the hunt is on."

The Insurgent premiere isn't the only time that Maggie has opened up about her wedding with McDermott, however: "My day, when it comes, is going to be a mish-mosh of the love of all my friends contributing from their experience and what they want on the day for me, because I'm really, really not a wedding person," she recently told E! News. "I'm surrounded by so much love and so many people who care about us in such a real way and they're helping guide me through it."

And she also gushed about her man (we mean, who wouldn't), saying, "I think it's important to balance your love with humor because life can be pretty absurd and I think in moments when life is difficult, you have to be with somebody that you can laugh with. And that was always at the top of my list."

As we said before, this pair is a stunning one: Maggie turned heads on the Insurgent red carpet in a sweeping black Zuhair Murad gown with sheer, lacy sleeves and a peek-a-boo neckline. Dylan made a dapper date himself, sporting a slim-fitting black tuxedo. Many congrats to this so-in-love couple!
