Rihanna, who turned 27 today, took to Twitter earlier to share a beautiful new photo of herself dedicated to her new album R8.
"Shot by Paolo Roversi for #R8," she tweeted in recognition of her Italian photographer.
The Barbados-born goddess rocks some seriously dark brows, platform shoes, and goes partially topless in the sexy snapshot. Looks like JNCO pants may already be coming back into fashion before we expected.
In addition to the hot shot, she thanked all of her fans for their thoughtful birthday wishes, "My fans are the greatest!!! This put such a smile on my heart! Love you all!!"
The songstress has been working hard towards her next release, the follow-up to the 2012 award-winning album Unapologetic.
After this year's star-studded Grammys, Kanye West revealed to Ryan Seacrest, "I'm executive producing Rihanna's album."
As well as being produced by Kanye, there is speculation the "Pour it Up" singer is sampling tunes from the indie rock band Florence + The Machine.
Also, John Newman and Calvin Harris are also said to be working on something for the record.
