Whatever you do, kid, do NOT get in the car with this woman!
Lindsay Lohan pokes fun at herself in an Esurance commercial that aired during the 2015 Super Bowl on Sunday, playing a terrible driver and "sorta mom."
The 28-year-old Mean Girls actress, who famously served several jail stints and was put on probation stemming from two 2007 DUI arrests (one of which followed a car chase), is seen speeding past a parked yellow school bus and plowing through a "School Zone" sign, destroying the grill of her car, as its front license plate hangs on for dear life. She stops at the curb with a screech.
"Your mom's a terrible driver," a kid tells his friend.
"Get in!" she tells the boy, who says she is NOT his mother.
"Hey, I'm sorta your mom," she says, before proceeding to list several criteria that could prove it, such as her age and the fact that both she and his real mother "both clocked a lot of miles."
She later showcases more questionable driving skills and let's just say that if she drove like that in real life, Esurance and other respectable insurance carriers would probably want nothing to do with her...
To give her credit, Lohan was wearing her seatbelt. Safety first...
Next time, maybe let this girl drive.
