Hey, if you can't trust professionals then we don't know who you can trust these days!

While they're not doctors, Katie Lowes and Scott Foley are the stars of Scandal, one-third of ABC's epic TGIT line-up, so we think they know what they are talking about when it comes to dealing with some serious withdrawals when Shonda Rhimes' delicious dramas aren't new.

Fortunately, they are sharing their expert advice in the exclusive promo above leading up to Scandal's Jan. 29 return, along with Grey's Anatomy and How to Get Away With Murder!

Not to alarm you guys or anything, but Lowes reveals that even her doctor was concerned by her "TGITWD" once he learned there are still two weeks left until Olivia Pope and the rest of the gang returns. "He freaked out. Like, totally hardcore freaked out, which is what I learned is just one of the side effects of TGITWD." Some of the others?

"'TGITWD' may lower your tolerance for weaker TV line-ups," Foley warns in the video above, while Lowes adds that "uncontrollable tweeting" may occur during your TGIT rewatches.

This isn't the first PSA ABC has released in an attempt to help entertainment-deprived fans of the three shows, with talent from Grey's, Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder teaming up to fight TGIT Withdrawals.

Scandal returns on Thursday, Jan. 29 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Grey's returns at 8 p.m., while How to Get Away With Murder ends the night at 10 p.m.
