TGIT withdrawal is real, people. We know this, you know this and ABC so knows this. That's why they've created the best promo we've seen in a while featuring your favorite Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder actors addressing this real and (not extremely) serious happening going on in all of our lives at this very moment.

We haven't seen a new episode of How to Get Away With Murder, Grey's or Scandal since Nov. 20. And we won't get new episodes until Jan. 29. It's going to be a cold and long January.

"Does live feel like you'll never again stand in the sun," HTGAWM's Jack Falahee says in the promo above, "or see man parts on a dead girl's phone?"

Are you "suffering in silence" because you can no longer watch your "straight-up TV jams?" Are you suffering from low-levels of OMG?

And the fine print from the promo reads: "While re-watching TGIT call your doctor if you're prone to outbursts of OMG, have uncontrollable tweeting or persistent symptoms like breathlessness, disbelief, heart palpitations, eyes popping out of your head, hot flashes, cold sweats, dizziness, or a good ol' fashioned fainting spell."

If you need us, we'll be over here, dancing out our feelings, just like Matt McGorry.

Mark your calendars: Grey's Anatomy returns Jan. 29 at 8 p.m., Scandal at 9 p.m. and How to Get Away With Murder at 10 p.m.
