6 a.m. It can't be...alarm blaring, I will myself to move. I feel like I've endured the most brutal fitness class ever—bruises all over my legs and arms, plus a throbbing big toe which I'm convinced is fractured. Running around for six days in heels covering the oh-so-fashionable definitely left its mark. But this is no time to worry about aches and pains. It's only day seven of New York Fashion Week, and today I'm interviewing a queen and a princess. Let's go!

7:30 a.m. The glam squad is in the house—well, my house. As Daniel Deleno contours me to a level any Kardashian would be proud of, and Carla Gentry works out my hair, we have a little dance party to Rihanna, Beyoncé and Mary. My first look of the day is a metallic leather top, cotton-blend boyfriend pants and sky-high shoes. Hair done, nails done, everything did. I'm so fancy...

9:45 a.m. I arrive backstage at Badgley Mischka just before the runway show starts. Shows are always mini reunions. I chat with my friend Jono Waks, who is running it, and see Katherine Webb, who has that newlywed glow. I've been lucky enough to score a front-row seat, but first I've got to get there. I get anxiety making my way through the sea of people. There're photographers snapping pics and hobnobbing everywhere and, of course, the always comical sight of people trying to steal front-row seats, only to be booted.

10:30 a.m. All hail the queen, Naomi Campbell! Naomi closed out the Badgley Mischka show, walking flanked between the brand's designers in a gold dress. Backstage, she greets me with a warm welcome and we get to talking. To my surprise, Naomi says she still gets nervous before hitting the catwalk and does yoga before shows to help shake the nerves.

1 p.m. I like to change looks between shoots because your clothing should match the occasion. Not happening today, because it's Britney, bitch! Britney Spears is hosting a fashion show at the New York Public Library for her new lingerie collection, and thanks to meetings in between shows, I barely make it on time. Britney doesn't disappoint. She candidly tells me she feels sexiest right out of the bath when she puts on lingerie—not for any man, but for herself

2:30 p.m. I'm back at Lincoln Center, home of fashion week, to shoot E! News—we've set up shop there for the duration. Terrence Jenkins and I laugh it up shooting the show. Then it's time to rush back to the office at 30 Rock to do voiceovers for news packages.

4 p.m. Um, have I eaten a proper meal today? Do gummy bears and Kind bars count? No, I don't have an eating disorder. It's called the Fashion Week diet. You're running around so much, you don't have time for a proper meal!

7 p.m. Shoot! It's what time? I'm in the office, realizing I have a ton of work to do, but really want to make it to my friend Michael Costello's show. But alas, I can't. I text Michael, who is always kind and understands. I'm hosting another of his fashion events later this week, so I'll still get to show him some love.

1 a.m. Just finished doing my own nail art (thankyouverymuch), and it's time for bed. I have to be up in five hours to host our Secrets of Fashion Week special, plus I have a full day of covering shows. I think we've all been running on no sleep and lots of caffeine. But I wouldn't have it any other way. What a cool job.
