Kick off those Louboutins and slip out of your Spanx, because New York's Fall 2012 Fashion Week is almost over.
And we covered it, from the tiniest tumble to the biggest baby bump.
There was so much going on, too. From Lindsay Lohan's dramatic new look and Victoria Beckham's adorable accessory and a shocking death in the front row, Fashion Week Fall 2012 was packed with big moments.

Awww, this poor catwalker put the "fall" in New York's Fall 2012 Fashion Week.
At the Dennis Basso show yesterday, a gorgeous model hit the runway—literally—when she tripped and fell in her voluminous floor-length gown.
She isn't the only strutter who's tripped in the Lincoln Center tents. Last week, Rose McGowan, Christie Brinkley and Minka Kelly also stumbled during the Heart Truth fashion show.
But as they say in Hollywood, the show must go on, so the model picked herself right back up and finished her walk like a pro. Check it out!

Tuesday night at the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection show to help kick of NYC's Fashion Week Fall 2012, the iconic blonde almost faceplanted when she tripped over her flowing Pamella Roland gown. Not to worry though, she kept her cool, laughing off the incident and doing a little runway dance.
"I almost fell flat on my face!" Brinkley told Women's Wear Daily backstage after the show.
