Safe to safe this story encompasses all of our favorite things: cake, Beyoncé and Blake Lively

In honor of the superstar's 33rd birthday, the erstwhile Gossip Girl beauty, who, in case you aren't up to date on all things Mrs. Ryan Reynolds, is quite the avid baker, opted to whip up a fancy beehive cake for the B-day babe, which she proceed to show off on the Instagram account for her lifestyle website, Preserve.

"In honor of the Queen of all Bs...I had to make this Meyer Lemon Honey cake. Happy Birthday Beyoncé!!! Xxo Blake @beyonce @blakelively @preserve_us," the 27-year-old star captioned the video that showcases her creative concoction (and her stunning diamond engagement ring!), which, as we've come to expect from the mini-Ms. Martha Stewart is incredibly impressive.

Earlier this year, Lively appeared in Beyoncé and Jay Z's music video for "Run"—a moment that is forever cemented in the A-lister's memory.

"It was the first moment in my life where I truly felt cool," she previously gushed, sharing her reaction after Bey asked her to appear in the clip. "It gave me a high sense of self-esteem for a good 10 min."

And in case that's not enough to prove Blake is a big fan of B?

"Oh, my gosh!  I just want Beyoncé to be the mother of my children," the actress joked to E! News at the launch of Gucci Premiere fragrance in NYC following the singer's Super Bowl performance. "She was amazing!  I can't, I can't even. I don't even have words for her."

Luckily, words aren't necessary to bake an amazing cake!

Meanwhile, the Green Lantern star also recently stunned on the October cover of FASHION magazine in which she opened up about her acting career and life after Gossip Girl

"I felt exhausted, both physically and creatively," she tells the mag of the end of the hit CW series' six-season run. "So I really wanted some time to myself and to focus on other things that I loved."

Enter Preserve, her recently launched lifestyle website and latest career venture.

"I don't think I will ever do one thing," she says of her approach to multitasking. "I've never done one thing…I have a tendency to go all or nothing. I take so many things on, so there will never be one [occasion] when I say, 'This is it, and this is all I'm doing forever.'"

As for why acting can sometimes be unappealing?

"It's hard to have that sense of ease when you have a job that is so much in the hands of luck and fate," she explains.

Luckily, Lively has a handful of talents (including her oven mitts!) to fall back on.
