Tina Fey's new show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt stars two of your favorite people—Ellie Kemper and Jane Krakowski—and is filming right now in the Big Apple. The NBC comedy follows a young woman who escapes a cult and starts a new life in New York, and you can get your first look at the series above and below.

The Office and Bridesmaids star Kemper plays the title role of Kimmy Schmidt, a young woman who departs a cult and goes on a press tour that includes a stop on NBC's Today. But she's not going back to Indiana. Kimmy decides to stay in New York and "reclaim her life." She's got just a backpack, sneakers, some library books and cash and is ready to take New York by storm.

30 Rock's Titus Burgess—he was D'Fwan on the popular series, appearing primarily in the Queen of Jordan episodes opposite Sherri Shepherd as Angie Jordan—plays Titus, a struggling actor who rents a room to Kimmy. Fellow 30 Rock veteran Krakowski will play Kimmy's boss, a rich Upper East Sider who hires Kimmy as a nanny. You can tell she's rich because of the small dog she's holding.

NBC showed a trailer for the new series at its Upfronts presentation in May, but has yet to release anything aside from the show description and banner image on NBC.com.

Fey created the new series along with Robert Carlock. Tristram Shapeero, pictured above with Kemper, is directing. His credits include Community, Happy Endings and Parks and Recreation.

No premiere date has been set, but we'll be setting our DVRs for sure.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
