Anything you can do, Jessica Alba can probably do better!

The 33-year-old mother of two proved once again that she's up for anything as she took to the mound and threw out the first pitch at Sunday's Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game.

In a vine captured by the MLB team, Alba shows some serious athletic skills as she plays catch with a Dodgers player moments before the big moment.

Alba's experience at the stadium comes after Jeff Bridges and Chrissy Teigen delivered quite impressive first pitches earlier this summer. It seems like stars have learned some valuable lessons from 50 Cent's wild antics.

Earlier this weekend, Alba was also given the Ice Bucket Challenge from close friend Gwen Stefani. Without any hesitation, the actress accepted and joined close friends Nicole Richie and Gavin Rossdale for quite the chill.

She would later nominate actress Jamie King to step up to the plate, for the ice bucket challenge that is.

Alba joins a growing list of celebs who have joined the viral movement in support of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) research. Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Chris Pratt, Justin Timberlake, Martha Stewart, Jennifer Lopez and more stars have accepted with hilarious results.

It's so successful that more than $5 million has been raised for the disease!

We can't wait to see who is getting soaked next!
