In the above Botched deleted scene, Salina has a salon day with her BFF, Ileana, to talk about her insecurities and how they are negatively effecting her romantic life.
When Ileana asks how her relationship is going, Salina replies, "I'm up and down like a rollercoaster, and he's like well if it's not your breasts, it's going to be something else."
She goes on to discuss how they argue over everything, especially her appearance. Ileana ressures her friend to think about what is important and "don't focus on who you are on the outside."
