Kristin Cavallari is playing no games when it comes to getting her pre-pregnancy body back!

The Fabulist co-host certainly has a busy schedule with two boys, a jewelry and a shoe line—but she still finds time to hit the gym and squeeze in a workout!

"Tired today…blah. At least I managed to do some legs and butt with ankle weights," she captioned the Instagram selfie as she sat on a mat in her exercise gear.

All that hard work is definitely paying off! The designer exclusively revealed to E! News last week that she's only a couple pounds away from her goal, having already lost 20 pounds since giving birth to her second son, Jaxon, in May.

So, how exactly did the 27-year-old lose the baby weight so quickly?

"I started working out when Jax was three weeks old," she said. "I've been working out four to five times a week for 30 to 45 minutes at home, doing tons of leg work like squats, lunges and lifting weights. I want to start Pilates again to focus on my core. I'll probably get back into it in the next couple weeks."

Diet also plays a huge role in the former reality star's health and fitness routine.

"I don't eat any toxic chemicals and I try to eat organic as often as possible. We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish. We also love sweet potatoes and brown rice pasta," she added.

"I either make a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs for breakfast and a salad or turkey sandwich for lunch. I have a snack in the afternoon—usually nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple and almond butter. I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything."
