Katy Perry's gone royal!
The "Roar" singer's latest fragrance, Killer Queen's Royal Revolution, is just about to drop, and even though the perfume isn't in stores quite yet—her ad campaign is here!
Katy revealed the ad on her Instagram with the caption, "AYO! Today I'm unveiling my new #RoyalRevolutionad! Hope you likey BB's. Look for it in stores later this summer..."
In the pic, Katy is all dolled up in a fun, costume-y getup—we know, we know, shocker of the century.
True to form, Katy puts her trademark twist on an old school uniform, rocking a British military-inspired jacket and feathered headpiece, and then sexing it up with a mini skirt and knee-high socks.
Katy strikes a sultry pose in a bold berry lip and sleek, pin-straight hair while leaning against a knight's armor—naturally.
Katy's perfume Killer Queen debuted last year, but this newest fragrance is "a bit more spirited," as described by Marsha Brooks, global marketing vice president of Coty Beauty Fragrances to WWD back in May. "This fragrance is about female empowerment and breaking the rules," said Brooks.
One look at Katy's cheeky ad campaign and it's clear that she's definitely not interested in conforming to any sort of boring rules and regulations. And that's a spirit we can totally get behind.
