It may have always been about you in the past, ladies—but this Sunday, it's Dad's day! So turn on the ESPN and step away from the TV, because Dads across the nation finally get whatever they want this weekend. Brewskies? Bring it on. Golf? Go for it! Stay on the couch? Scoot over, we're joining!

Even though we know that dads have to love us regardless (jokes on them), sometimes we all need a little extra help in choosing the perfect outfit to wear for a family day out. So whether you're going to brunch, having an outdoor BBQ or just vegging out on the couch with dear ol' dad, here's some Father's Day outfit inspiration.

What We Would Wear: To the beach

What We'd Wear, Father's Day Brunch

"This silk Charlie Jade gray cheetah-print dress is my ultimate go-to—it's been to many a brunch, dinner, date; I even wore it on the rush floor back in the day. Paired with a structured navy blazer from Urban Outfitters, the dress once again makes the cut as my ultimate everywhere-appropriate piece. Also, the extra coverage from the blazer lends to the dad-approved vibe. Paired with Chinese Laundry strappy brown heels, a vintage jade necklace and my fave MAC pink lipstick, and father's day brunch here I come!"—Lindsey

"The best possible day I could have with my dad would be waking up, having a stout Bloody Mary (extra Old Bay) and just kicking back and relaxing while we eat way too much.  Mostly brown sugar bacon—seriously, don't knock it till you've tried it.  If we are feeling adventurous we will check out an outdoor restaurant, in which case I'll get out of my sweatpants and put on a maxi dress. This one is from Lush and it is my go-to for looking put together, without really trying. I always love wedges, so I was so excited to see that Dr. Scholl's has a cute option that makes it easy to walk around town in all day. Quick spray of both my TRESemme dry shampoo and Victoria's Secret perfume and I'm set for a fun day out with my main man! Happy Father's Day 'Big Cat!'"—Jenna

What We'd Wear, Father's Day Brunch

"For any special family brunch I like to wear a pretty sundress (like this striped one from American Apparel) and then dress it up with nude heels and simple jewelry. My blue Stella & Dot envelope clutch is perfect for day or night; it's sleek but holds all my beauty essentials—like my Jouer lipstick in "Whitney" (the perfect shade of pink). I also cannot walk out the door until I've spritzed on my favorite summer scent that I wear every day: L'Occitane's Thé Vert & Bigarade."—Emily

What We'd Wear, Father's Day Brunch

"This year, we'll be spending Father's Day at my in-laws' house, cooking up steaks on the grill. I plan on keeping it casual in a pair skinny jeans, one of my many striped tops, my go-to utility jacket, an old-school bag, a pair of summer sandals from Reef and some cute Lavish earrings for a little sparkle."—Rosemary

What We'd Wear, Father's Day Brunch

"My dad likes to spend Father's Day chillaxing (as the youths like to say). No fancy brunch, just quality couch time with the family. This year we'll be indulging in a Netflix marathon so I'm going to opt for a classic at-home combo: 7 For All Mankind comfy boyfriend jeans and a cat-lady sweater from Target. No shoes required!"—Cinya
