Kate Middleton may be royalty, but she's still a savvy shopper!

The Duchess of Cambridge looked perfectly polished when she visited the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich for the Ben Ainslie America's Cup launch Tuesday. Middleton wore a discounted dress by Jaeger, which retails for £99 ($166.20) at House of Fraser, down from its original £150 ($251.82) price tag. Prince William's wife completed her winning look by wearing matching Alexander McQueen heels.

Upon her arrival, Middleton chatted with several admirers and sailors, and she posed with Sir Ben Ainslie in front of America's Cup. Ainslie will skipper the team, which hopes to win the 35th America's Cup in 2017. "We want to bring it home," the Olympic sailor said. "It would be an amazing thing for this country."

Middleton is an experienced sailor herself, having regularly taken to the open seas with her family. The duchess also worked as a deckhand and attended a number of sailing events since becoming a royal.

Prince George's mom recently tested her sailing skills during her visit to Australia, where she beat her husband twice in a yachting race around Auckland Harbour. She competed in an America's Cup boat.
