Kesha is positively glowing, and looks healthier and happier than ever.

The pop star stepped out for her first red carpet since completing a two-month treatment program for an eating disorder earlier this month and reverting back to her birth name. She attended The Humane Society of the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday night.

The "Timber" singer donned a long sheer glittery black halter dress and wore her rainbow locks down to the event. She finished the formal look with black strappy heels and plenty of statement rings.

The 27-year-old left an Illinois rehab facility on March 6 and was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport in sweatshirt that read "Ima Survivor" and her colorful 'do.

She tweeted a picture of herself from the plane after landing and then told her Twitter followers, "Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me." After posting emoji hearts and a rainbow, the Nashville-raised musician tweeted, "Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all."

Shortly afterwards, her rep confirmed to E! News that Ke$ha is no more and she will now be using the letter "S instead of the symbol "$." The songbird also changed her Twitter handle from @Ke$haSuxx to @KeshaRose.
