Though her body remains testament to its success, Jennifer Hudson is no longer a face of Weight Watchers.

The Dreamgirls star and the weight-loss brand have parted ways after four years, her commitment to the company fulfilled, her rep confirms to E! News.

"My experience with Weight Watchers has truly been life changing," Hudson said in a statement Friday. "I am grateful for what I have learned throughout the process and will always take it with me. I have chosen to step away from my role as ambassador and I am excited for the year to come, with many new projects and lots of new music."

Speculation about a possibly not-very-amicable split circulated earlier today after Hudson tweeted-then-deleted: "Sometimes you have to step back and let your work speak for you, and when that doesn't work you walk away knowing you did your best...It's been fun and a pleasure good luck to you all. @WeightWatchers."

Hudson welcomed son David in 2009 and hooked up with Weight Watchers the following year—and never looked back. The American Idol castoff turned Oscar winner ultimately shed 80 pounds and became quite the red-carpet standout, having gone from a size 16 to a 6.

In 2013, Hudson appeared in a commercial with Jessica Simpson, who signed on with Weight Watchers after the birth of her daughter Maxwell and then returned as a soon-to-be successful face of the program after having son Ace last year.

"It lets me be me," Simpson said in the ad, with Hudson adding, "I naturally became a healthier me."

Simpson thanked Weight Watchers on Instagram just last week for helping her reach her slimdown goal.

"After four years of a successful and rewarding partnership, Weight Watchers and Jennifer Hudson are ending our official partnership, though we're confident Jennifer will remain a Lifetime Member," Weight Watchers said in a statement to E! News. "Jennifer's healthy lifestyle and successful weight loss has inspired so many—from her friends and family to our members and staff, as well as people around the world—and we know that inspiration lives on. We will continue to support Jennifer in maintaining her healthy lifestyle and wish her the very best in her personal and professional life."
