Prince George isn't even a year old, but he already has more responsibility than, well, most adults.
The littlest royal is about to take on the role of first cousin to Zara Phillips' first child.
Prince William's first cousin is expected to give birth shortly and has been proudly sporting her baby bump at horse races in the U.K.
In fact, the mother-to-be was most recently spotted braving the cold weather at the Heythrop Hunt Point-to-Point races in Gloucestershire.
Zara wore a green army coat, knit mittens and a beanie while watching from the sidelines with two gal pals.
But back to the Prince of Cambridge and how undoubtedly awesome it would be to have him as a relative…
First things first, Zara's future bundle of joy is about to have the world's chicest babysitter ever.
Surely, Kate Middleton will host sleepover parties (tea and crumpets included, obvs!) at Kensington Palace.
And speaking of chic, if Zara gives birth to a baby girl there's no end to what kind of fashions she may be allowed to borrow in Middleton's closet. (We can already think of a few Jenny Packham gowns we'd love to have as hand-me-downs.)
There's also one glaring, sparkly advantage to having Prince George on your good side—the Crown Jewels.
Who doesn't want to spend an afternoon trying on vintage (okay, ancient) regalia while pretending to be royalty! Maybe we're projecting…
There will also be access to a few famous faces that are friends of the family—like the Beckhams and the Obamas to name a few.
But most likely the best part about being the baby prince's cousin is that the pressure is off. Little George has been prepped to be a king ever since he was first presented to the world on the steps of St. Mary's Hospital last June.
Zara's baby will have no royal title and will therefore enjoy a bit more anonymity and privacy than his or her relatives.
Sounds like a win-win situation!
