For Camille Grammer, 2014 is off to a good start.

E! News has confirmed that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was granted a three-year restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos on Monday, Jan. 6.

The decision extends the restraining order Camille obtained in October 2013 after she claimed Dimitri had abused her in a Houston hotel room where she was recovering from cancer surgery.

In documents obtained by E! News at the time, Camille alleged that a fight between herself and Dimitri became physical. She claimed in the report that Dimitri grabbed her by the hair, smashed her face and pulled out clumps of hair during the altercation.

According to the report, the incident lasted approximately 40 minutes to an hour and Camille said that she feared for her life and begged Dimitri to stop beating her.

Camille claimed that she was left extremely injured following the alleged abuse, with major bruises all over her arms and face.

The restraining order extension comes just days after Camille shared a joyous photo on Twitter.

"I rang the bell at MD Anderson Cancer Center which marks that I have completed my Chemo and Radiation treatments. YAY," Camille, who was diagnosed with an early stage of endometrial cancer a few months ago, wrote with a picture of her and a staff member in front of the bell.

Camille's cancer diagnosis was first revealed last October after her rep confirmed to E! News that she "underwent a radical hysterectomy."

At the time, her rep told E! News that "the surgery went well" and Camille was "expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period."
