Season four is coming. Sometime in the spring.

But that doesn't mean we have to wait until 2014 for our first look at Game of Thrones' return! In a video that looks back over its 2013 season, HBO snuck in a sneak peek at the fantasy hit's highly anticipated fourth season, as well as Girls' upcoming third season, which returns Jan. 12.

And it says a lot about the quality of these shows (and our level of obsession with them) that we completely lost our minds over roughly eight seconds of new footage. Even if said eight seconds of footage features King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson), aka the worst TV king ever.

Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) in cuffs! King Joffrey looking pensive! Sansa (Sophie Turner) working some glorious hair! Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) got a haircut! Yes, that's basically what we took away from the new GOT footage featured (which starts around the 1:37 mark in the video above), but come on! This is Game of Thrones, we'll take any crumbs HBO deigns to brush off its table, you know?

"We have another royal wedding, this one is not red; this one is a different color," author George R.R. Martin told E! News of the upcoming season. "We have the introduction of some great new characters. We finally introduce one of the most popular characters from the books: Prince Oberon Martell. The Red Viper of Dorne will be introduced for the first time and there will be some other new characters that I think the fans will like."

Another wedding?! Gulp!

And though we've already seen the Girls season three trailer, the shot of our four misguided twentysomethings jumping into a pool together still makes us smile, as does their adorable photo-booth session.

Plus, the video gives fans a sneak peek at the network's new series, including Looking, which stars Jonathan Groff; Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson's new series True Detective; and Damon Lindelof's The Leftovers, which stars Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler and Amy Brenneman.

So, um, is it 2014 yet? (No offense to 2013, of course!)
