Miranda Lambert is blasting "ridiculous" tabloid reports claiming she used surgery to get her superfit body.

The svelte 30-year-old country singer took to her official website to share a letter with her fans.

"Though I NEVER care what the tabloids have to say about me," Blake Shelton's other half wrote earlier today. "I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight. I DID NOT have surgery to lose weight. That is ridiculous."

"I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way," she continued. "Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield. As for the assumed number of pounds lost…? I don't even know! Like I have always said, it's not about a scale, it's about how you feel and how your jeans fit. And on November 10th when I turned 30, my skinny jeans were finally baggy! Mission accomplished! So for anyone who is tempted to read the 'Trash Talk' please don't. I am proud to be a normal size girl and I want to encourage everyone to be confident at any size. Thanks for the support yall!"

She signed the letter, "Cheers, Miranda."

Lambert debuted her thinner physique earlier this month on the red carpet at the 47th annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville. Lambert looked stunning in a cleavage-baring floor-length blue gown.

"You know what, I fluctuate all the time in my weight—it's really annoying—but I'm going to be 30 in like four days, so I'm like, 'I need to get ahead of this thing!'" she told E! News on the red carpet. "Because they say when you hit 30 it doesn't get easier. So I thought, 'Well, you know, if I get a little healthier before I turn 30, maybe I can get ahead of the game.'"

Lookin' good, Miranda!
