Kelly Ripa had some trouble with her sky-high stilettos while on the red carpet for the annual CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute in New York City.
The talk-show host lost her balance and took a tumble while posing for photos. But fret not, the fall only last for a split second and Ripa walked away like a champ!
And while she may have recovered swiftly from the blind-and-you-missed-it moment, Allison Williams did rush to Ripa's side to lend a helping hand.
The Girls actress, who looked stunning in a leather L'Wren Scott dress, couldn't help but giggle as she assisted Ripa.
But the bubbly blond didn't let the snafu get in the way of her evening.
She later tweeted a picture of herself posing with longtime friend Anderson Cooper and cohost Michael Strahan.
Sarah Silverman, Alan Cumming, Jason Biggs and Melissa George also joined the special event, which was held at the American Museum of Natural History earlier this week.
