Kanye West Talks to Paparazzi About Alleged Pap Scuffle, Says Shutterbug "Fell Down and Faked It"—Watch Now!

Kanye West was very honest and clear about his frustration with the paparazzi during his interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, and now he's decided to share those feelings straight to the paps.

The rapper stopped at a gas station in Los Angeles to fill up the tank in his all-black Lamborghini today, and while waiting for the pump to finish, Yeezy opted to chat with the handful of shutterbugs snapping his photo, explaining to them that all he wants is respect for him and his family.

"I couldn't imagine my daughter [North West] being like 4 years old, and you guys screamin at 'em. I think somebody screamed at Tom Cruise's daughter or something like that," 'Ye said (video captured by X17), and then got into talking about his alleged scuffle with a paparazzo at the airport.

"I'm dealing with some guy setting me up at the airport the other day. You know he's f--king laughing and shit. What I didn't get to say on Jimmy Kimmel—that's the day I found out that my grandfather was not gonna make it. He passed two weeks later," Kanye shared.

"But I'm comin' out the airport, because you know, 'It's Kanye whatever, they're gonna f--k with him and antagonize him.' But I tried to stop his camera and stuff, then he fell down and faked it and everybody was like, 'Oh yo, why'd you hit that guy?' Obviously I didn't hit the guy. But you know I'm going through shit…I know you guys are gonna photograph me. I know I have a cool-ass car and s--t, like I got a dope-ass outfit on, it's all good."

West was served with a lawsuit in August by paparazzo Daniel Ramos, who maintains that he was attacked by the rapper while trying to take photos of him at Los Angeles International Airport.

Ramos claims that he was just one of a group of paps gathered on the sidewalk outside LAX on July 19 at 2 p.m., just to see who might emerge from the terminal. When West appeared, Ramos claims in his lawsuit, he asked the new dad, "Can we talk to you?"

The suit alleges that West turned, spoke to Ramos and then, "without warning or provocation," he "suddenly attacked, punching [the plaintiff] and attempting to wrestle the camera from" Ramos' hands.

He is seeking unspecified damages for allegations of battery, assault, negligence and interference with the exercise of civil rights.
