Who's itching to be Miley Cyrus's maid of honor at her wedding to fiancé Liam Hemsworth?

"I better!" Noah, 13, told reporters at yesterday's VH1 Do Something Awards when asked if she‘ll have maid of honor duties at the "We Can't Stop" singer's impending nuptials. "It better be a very, very cool dress that I have because I want to rock a dress!"
But Noah quickly added of Miley and Liam's wedding, "I don't think they're planning yet."
As for what Noah admires most about her big sis, she dished, "I admire her for staying so strong, because she gets a lot of hate in the press and she'll get a lot of rude comments, and I just admire her for staying strong. Because I'll get mean comments on Instagram or something like that and I take it straight to my head. She's very good at staying strong."
