As new information becomes available regarding Cory Monteith's tragic death, family and friends are praising the Glee star for his personality on- and off-camera.

On Monday's Live From E!, Terrence J, Marc Malkin, Kristin Dos Santos and Jessi Cruickshank took time to focus less on the investigation, but more on the person who lost his life too soon.

Described as a "friend to the press," Monteith was known to be a hard worker who never let fame go to his head.

Kristin described her first visit to the Glee set in season one when Monteith was sweating buckets during a group performance. "No one works harder than Cory. No one," one of the show's producers said at the time. "He is everything this show is about."

Marc remembered his last interview with Monteith where the star was thrilled to be heading back to work.

"I'm just happy to be on the show," Monteith said back in June. "I'm really, really happy to be coming back. It's really good."

From die-hard Gleeks who watched week after week to viewers who only watched an episode on occasion, there is no denying the impact Cory's character had on the audience. "People felt that personal connection whether they knew him or not," Jessi said. Monteith will be missed.

Also on today's show, Melanie Bromley appeared live outside Buckingham Palace in London with another update on the Royal Baby Countdown, now known to some as the "Great Kate Wait."

Even though Kate Middleton has not been spotted in weeks, Melanie reported the atmosphere outside the hospital is still "really exciting" and something like a "fairy tale."

Finally, the panel shared their thoughts on the Trayvon Martin case. After George Zimmerman was found not guilty off all charges in the shooting death of the 17-year-old, celebrities voiced their outrage and disapproval of the verdict.

Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Steve Harvey and John Legend expressed their thoughts on social media. Nicki Minaj even included the president in her tweet. "What are your thoughts? @BarackObama We're allowed to disregard 911 operators, pursue and kill ppl now? But send lauryn hill to jail 4 TAXES," she wrote.
