Well, this is one way to get excited for the royal baby.

The Prince William and Kate Middleton look-alikes are back and ready to welcome the bundle of joy, posing for a series of photos in which the fake mama-to-be prepares for the little one's arrival while the whole world waits for the real Kate to give birth.

Photographed by the famous Alison Jackson, the pics give us a peek as to what the soon-to-parents might be doing before Kate goes into labor (which, at this point, could be any moment).

The first shot shows a very pregnant Kate (we swear the fake Kate's bump is bigger) decorating her nursery with Prince William and Queen Elizabeth II.

Looking lovely in a classy blue dress reminiscent of the duchess' style, "Kate" cradles her bump, while her hubby and the queen gaze at the white (gender-neutral!) crib. The nursery is adorned with elegant curtains and there are a variety of stuffed animals in the crib, which also has a butterfly baby mobile to ensure the bundle of joy is as comfortable as can be.

In a second photo, "Kate" gets an ultrasound, and we can see a sonogram image of the royal baby's face. She fondly touches the pic of her child and smiles with excitement, exactly how we imagine Middleton's top secret Monday check-up at the doctor's went.

A third image features a fake Pippa Middleton, who will be in the delivery room when her sister gives birth, picking out diapers in a lace white dress while her older sibling sips on a cup of tea.

And another shot shows "William" in the doctor's room with "Kate" as the brunette beauty gets her final ultrasound.

This isn't the first time Jackson has worked her camera magic on the royal family. She previously photographed Kate's "baby shower" in May, depicting a doppelgänger of the Duchess of Cambridge celebrating with Pippa, Queen Elizabeth II and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

In the meantime, a throng of photographers are stationed outside St. Mary's London Hospital where the real Kate is due to give birth July 13 or 14.

Once the baby arrives the announcement will be made public with a notice placed on the gates of Buckingham Palace, which will also reveal the baby's gender.

We're waiting with bated breath!
