From sparkle to lace to pops of color, stars made quite the style statements on the red carpet this week!

We spotted more than one glittering gal, including Blake Lively, who was shining brightly at the premiere of husband Ryan Reynolds' new movie, Turbo. Looking radiant in a crystalized three-quarter length Burberry Prorsum skirt, the former Gossip Girl showed her style savvy by keeping the rest of her outfit simple but chic. A casual tank (also by Burberry Prorsum) and no-nonsense nude Christian Louboutin pumps balanced out the showy skirt.

Lively did have a little fun with her accessories, reaching for a bit of Lorraine Schwartz bling to complete her dazzling look.

Kate Hudson also sparkled on the red carpet in an elegantly embellished Elie Saab gown with a bedazzled neckline for the Novak Djokoviv Foundation London gala dinner. And while the dress' design made a necklace unnecessary, she still added a few head turning accessories, including Christian Louboutin's edgy spiked Geo heels and Mina clutch.

Meanwhile, Catherine Zeta-Jones wowed at the Los Angeles premiere of Red 2, where she opted to wear an ultra-glam dress by Maria Lucia Hohan. The Welsh star managed pull off a ladylike yet sexy look in in the designer's lacy creation, which subtly showed off the brunette beauty's gorgeous gams thanks to a playful peekaboo effect.

And speaking of playful, we absolutely loved the fun bursts of color that Jessica Alba and Salma Hayek wore this week.

Alba was the more daring of the colorful duo, pairing a Carolina Herrera's coral top and abstract print skirt with Brian Atwood's bright yellow Temptation sandals at a Santa Monica book signing for her book, The Honest Life. Normally, we'd balk at such a bold color combo, but the always stylish Alba proves colors make fresh feeling look that's oh-so-right for the summer months.

Hayek went with a slightly safer but nevertheless attention grabbing look in a black-and-yellow dress from Christopher Kane's resort 2013 collection. The Grown Ups 2 star toughened up the girly floral print and delicate pleats of her fab frock with hot McQ Alexander McQueen heels.
