Jennifer Garner's Spidey sense apparently wasn't tingling.
The actress, checking her phone, passed by Tobey Maguire in L.A. today.
Understandably, her thoughts were probably on the zillion things she had to get done later as a working wife and mother of three.
And Maguire, who was attending to his adorable 3 1/2-year-old son, Otis, (and manning the fire-engine lunch box and pint-size parka), seemed none the wiser!
