Alicia Keys is involved in a game of celebrity musical houses.
The singer, who purchased her NYC apartment from fellow musician Lenny Kravitz in 2010, has sold the opulent penthouse for a staggering $15 million ($2 million more than she paid for the place!).
Originally, Alicia stood to make even more of a profit when she listed the home for $17.9 million in 2012, the same price Lenny had originally listed it for when he put it on the market.
The 6,167 square-foot SoHo condo features high ceilings, an incredible floating staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows. And if that alone isn't enough for the occupants to enjoy the view, the apartment also boasts an additional 3,000 square feet of terraces.
Suffice it to say, the new owner is definitely going to be living in the lap of luxury!
And don't worry about Alicia, she already has another equally awesome home that she can move right into. In 2012, Alicia and hubby Swiss Beatz purchased actor Eddie Murphy's Englewood, New Jersey home for a reported $12 million.
