The dress featured an elaborate shoulder ruffle and a flattering black waistband, which made the TV star look statuesque as she walked the carpet in her Jimmy Choo heels.
As for the noticeable bling, Rancic made it rain in a Simon G ring that took center stage while she interviewed the hottest celebs in Hollywood.
For those on-camera close-ups, Rancic went with a deep side part to showcase her retro-inspired updo, which nicely showcased her dazzling Amrapali earrings.
As for her complexion, the host glowed from head to toe thanks to a sun-kissed tan by Infinity Sun.
