When Michelle Obama took to the stage at the Democratic National Convention last September, we definitely took note of her rousing speech, but we were also left lusting after her gorgeous pink-and-silver frock.
But as it turned out, the dress was a custom creation by designer Tracy Reese for the fashionable first lady that wasn't available to the masses—until now!
That's right, due to popular demand, Reese has released a version of Obama's darling DNC dress on her website. And if you're a fan of the FLOTUS' fashion, you—like us—will undoubtedly go gaga for this dress, which features key trademarks of a classic Obama dress, like a feminine fit-and-flare shape and no sleeves (for showing off those rocking biceps, of course). Plus, the charming floral jacquard print, which had us scrutinizing our TV screens during Obama's speech, definitely adds a head-turning interest.
But act fast, ladies! Even though the $398 two-tone dress may be a little more expensive than some of the more affordable styles we've seen on the first lady, the retail items she sports tend to sell out in a matter of days.
What do you think of Obama's DNC dress? Is it worth the $398 price tag?
